Come learn my technique in building details in fused glass using the subject of nature, applying color, balance that builds texture and depth.  Students will learn how to convey ambiance by enticing viewers to step into nature by layering various glass forms.   Students gain valuable insight into glass placement, torch work, frit stenciling, cold working, and much more.  The class includes manipulating images for translation into glass, drawing and observation exercises.

You’ll learn how to define the details through a Powerpoint presentation, (composition, focal points, lines, shapes, shading, etc.)  Students are shown how to break down photographs to give them a good foundation to use on their future Naturescapes and other topics they create.

You ‘ll build a beautiful 12″ x 8″ (approx). fused glass Naturescape and finish your project by mounting the panel on metal… ready for hanging.
